Banana, apple and blueberry baked oats

If you love oats for breakfast but would like to try something new, give this yummy recipe a try.

I love it with a dollop of Greek yogurt and my boys love it too.  They also have great fun helping me make it.

You will need:

  • 4 ripe bananas, 3 mashed and 1 sliced
  • 300ml milk
  • 300g porridge oats
  • 1 egg
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 150g blueberries
  • 2 diced apples

Here is the end result before we sliced it up into squares.
