If you love oats for breakfast but would like to try something new, give this yummy recipe a try.
I love it with a dollop of Greek yogurt and my boys love it too. They also have great fun helping me make it.
You will need:
- 4 ripe bananas, 3 mashed and 1 sliced
- 300ml milk
- 300g porridge oats
- 1 egg
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 150g blueberries
- 2 diced apples
