Who loves a midweek meal in a flash without compromising on taste and satisfaction?

Me too!

Here is a really simple turkey burger recipe that I prepped and had ready on the table within 30 minutes.

It goes amazingly well with my pea guacamole – well I say mine, my son Luca actually created the recipe.

Ingredients

500g turkey mince

1 red onion, chopped

1 red pepper, chopped handful of coriander, chopped

1tsp harissa paste

Salt and pepper to taste

Flatbreads and chargrilled veggies to serve (I love broccoli, beetroot and pepper)

Method

  1. Preheat your grill.
  2. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients until well mixed.
  3. Form 4 patties.
  4. Grill for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Serve with flatbreads.
