Here is my recipe for a simple, low fat chicken curry that is great as either a mid week family meal for 4 or a healthier alternative to your Saturday night takeaway. Who said you can’t enjoy your favourite meals when trying to lose weight? This recipe is not only low in fat and calories, it is full of flavour and can be made more or less spicy according to taste.
Furthermore, it is full of essential vitamins and minerals as well as being a good balance of healthy fats, carbs and protein.
