If you decide you would like to work with me, we then book an initial consultation.
Your initial consultation typically identifies what we need to work on immediately. We clarify what progress means to you and agree on methods of support that best suit you and your lifestyle.
I will ask you questions that no other nutritionist or diet guru has asked you before because I want us to dig deep. This is necessary for me to truly know where you are at so I can tailor support accordingly.
It will also enable you to understand why you are really embarking on this journey and how things have failed you in the past.
The lighbulb moments will be immense!
You can be rest assured that I will not ask you to:
👎 spend hours and hours planning your meals, or cooking them.
👎 buy organic food.
👎 invest in expensive potions and lotions.
👎 cut out ANY foods you love.
👎 have amazing culinary skills.
👎 buy ‘special’ food or eat different meals from the rest of your family.
Because quite frankly, none of this works in the long run! It is overcomplcated and make life difficult.
It is easy for someone to tell you to do these things.
What isn’t so easy is meeting someone where they are at and giving them the practical and emotional guidance to make permanent change.
